Our Bridal Appointments are Free! Are you ready to find your dream dress??? Reserve your dressing room today! Our Brides are welcome to bring up to 3 guests comfortably. Please note how many guests will be with you when booking and your wedding date. Need more space for guests? Book VIP or call and ask about our after hours appointments. Our bridal appointments are free but we charge a $100 for late cancellations and no shows. We ask that you cancel or reschedule 24 hours prior to the start of your appointment. Appointments made same-day will also be required to pay cancellation and no show fee. This will enable brides to book that would normally be turned away. *Note brides are required to keep a credit card on file in case of late cancellations/no show policy.

Cancellation Policy

If cancellation is necessary, we request that you call at least 48 hours in advance. Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another Bride access to that appointment time. A cancellation is considered late when the appointment is cancelled less than 24 hours before the appointed time. A no-show is when a bride misses an appointment without cancelling. In either case, we will charge the a $100 missed/late cancellation fee.
