REFUND POLICY

REFUND POLICY

At The Bridal Box, every gown and accessory is made or ordered with care and attention. Because of the special nature of these items, all purchases are considered final sale, and we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges.

Deposits are non-refundable, and by placing a deposit, you are entering into a contractual agreement with The Bridal Box. Once placed, deposits cannot be changed, refunded, or transferred to another item.

We understand that life can bring the unexpected. However, The Bridal Box cannot provide refunds, credits, or compensation in the event of circumstances beyond our control. This includes, but is not limited to, pandemic or public health emergencies, acts of God such as fire, flood, or earthquake, war or civil unrest, as well as personal life changes including death, unexpected pregnancies, or wedding cancellations. While our hearts go out to any bride facing these situations, all sales remain final and binding.

By placing an order or making a payment with The Bridal Box, you acknowledge and agree to this Return & Refund Policy in full.

WHAT TO INCLUDE IN THE REFUND POLICY

Generally speaking, a Refund Policy often addresses these types of issues: the timeframe for asking for a refund; will the refund be full or partial; under which conditions will the customer receive a refund; and much much more.
