SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing & Vendor Fulfillment
We partner with a variety of designers and vendors to bring you exclusive products. Please note that all orders are first shipped from the designer/vendor to us before we ship them to you. Because of this, shipping times may vary depending on the designer, production schedule, and carrier availability.

Processing & Shipment from Our Store
Once we receive your item from the designer/vendor, our team works to ensure it is sent to you as quickly as possible. In most cases, we ship orders the same day or the next business day after receiving them. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or during holidays.

Estimated Shipping Times
Delivery to you generally takes 3–7 business days after your order leaves our facility. Please understand that the overall timeline—from order placement to delivery—may vary depending on vendor processing and transit times to us.

Shipping Rates & Carriers
Shipping charges will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We currently ship through USPS and UPS. Carrier selection may vary depending on your location and the shipping method chosen.

Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped from our facility, you will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking will only be available after the product has arrived at our location and has been shipped to you.

Delays
While we strive to deliver all orders promptly, delays can occur due to vendor production schedules, carrier issues, weather, or other factors beyond our control. We will notify you if we are made aware of significant delays affecting your order.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages
We are not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. Please keep all packaging materials and damaged goods for the claim process.

Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. Packages returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.

Final Sale Policy
All sales are final, including shipping charges. We do not offer cancellations, refunds, or exchanges once an order has been placed. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
