Cancellation Policy

To cancel an appointment, please call at least 48 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the time to another bride. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment are considered late. Missed appointments without notice are considered no-shows. A $100 fee applies to both late cancellations and no-shows.
